I have to ask you to provide an informative subject line. Do not send attachments without informing me in advance.
I do like to receive mail, but the increasing number of spammails force me to take some measurs to protect my mailbox.
I am no longer willing to respond to e-mails unnless it is proper signed with a first and a last name. Also I would like to know where the sender is from. (city, state, country). The information you send me will not be shared with others unnless you give your permission. Whitout notice I may publish/ refer to, on my website e-mail I receive. Unnless I have contacted the sender and got permission I will in these cases only use the senders first name and use no other references that may identify the sender.
When I reply to your request I do not expect to be put through elaborate "sender confirmation tests". I appreciate that you keep this in mind when contacting me.
